smart zone

First of all I know it´s not very common question but let me try at least!
Would it be possible the creation of some kind of forum whose purpose is learning languages (sorry it´s the only example I can think about ), etc???
If yes, where should it be placed??
I realize the difficulties but it´s just a question, who knows if it could be done??
Thanks

I would like to have a forum of it's own. I know there are some of these forums in non-tennis. But it would be nice to have it's own forum so we could utilize it more rather than have to hunt.

I want to learn some more Russian!

I don't think that's the intention of WTAworld really...There are several other boards about that

I think there's more efficient ways to learn a language, than by going on a message board...
