Every scenario is different, but in most cases yes, if it's nothing severe.

The whole point of a warning is the assumption the member may get the point and respect our rules. Sometimes they make it very clear that's a waste of time.

Some people are warned over and over, and suspended multiple times and never banned.

If it's something blatently and unquestionably racist or homophobic chances are there will be no warning.
