Smile Number of Smilies in Posts

Hi

I just tried to reply to a post (I got there second attempt ) - I could not reply first attempt and had a message telling me that I'd used too many smilies. I know I overuse them sometimes (aaah, they are so addictive... ) but on this occasion I really didn't think I'd used as many as on some previous occasions. Is there a limit?

Thanks for any help!!

indeed there is a limit - only 40 i believe!! - such a travesty

.. and if you were quoting it also counts the smilies used in the previous post as well..

one post can have 45 images, i do think our beloved smilies count as images

[Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you.]

That must of been a hell of a lot of smilies you tried to use then Franziska What I'd like to know is from where ppl get all these extra smilies, over and above the 22 standard ones provided in the smilies box I'm after, of all things, a tiger smilie!

Thanks for the links Franziska. Not found a tiger yet, but perhaps a way to ignore that 45 limit…

A good one…

Some interesting animals…

I’m off on a Tiger hunt.

Cheers.
