Smile What about a forum about German players ?

I thought it would be nice to have a place where posters can keep track of the results of Anca Barna, Barbara Rittner, Martina Müller etc. There are quite a few fans of them here.
These girls and also the lower ranked ones get really little attention in Germany so it would be a good chance that not all of their good results remain unnoticed.

Or do a country's players need certain rankings to receive a forum ? But the Dutch also have one.

while we're at it, an American forum seems appropriate too. now that there are players such as Granville, Reeves and Taylor coming up.

I totally support a German forum. Especially since I am half German.

Aaron, please don't forget Jennifer Hopkins and Ashley Harkleroad.

I think there had been a discussion a while ago about new national forums and the admins / webmasters had informed that there would be from now on only individual players forums .

Oh ? Well, if that is true, I don't think it's the best solution.

Personally, I like the 'Russian Roulette' forum very much, with just one thread for each players, and posters contributing scores/comments etc.

I was thinking of a similar thing for the German players. A separate forum for each player would be too much IMO.

I understand that there are already tons of forums. But just a few more country-forums wouldn't do any harm.

For example, the Mikaelian-forum obviously doesn't attract many posters. Maybe it would be more if it was just a thread in a Swiss forum.

I agree. If a forum for all German players was made, it would be more feasible. I enjoy the Russian Roulette forum because I can be lazy and go there to post about all my fav Russians. It would work very well for the German players (can Schett count in there since she speaks Deutsch? )

Hi Aaron, I know....I was just messing with you.

Go Dominique, the Mikaelian forum doesn't attract many posters partly because the moderator is banned, so there are no updates on the site or where-ever.

I thought the new rule for new forums was that you need to make a site for the player(s) you wanna have a forum for

What would you say if we could make
something amazing

Hmmm, I'm not planning to do a site for (example) Anca Barna, but as I said, I don't want a separate forum for her either.

What's wrong with the 'Russian Roulette' forum that we can't have a similar thing ?

Adnil is right, we only create new forums if someone decides to make a site for a particular player/group of players.
