please stop the banner ads with sound!

i guess there are different ones for different countries, but i currently have one that leads to this website: http://www.todestest.ch/?

... and it is totally driving me crazy: every time my cursor is on the banner, i get this horrendous, loud "laughing death"-sound. and when i browse through this site, i constantly cross the banner, that's logical and difficult to avoid. i usually have my speakers on and listening to music, so this is a big, big annoyance. can you please do something about it!?

p.s.
i actually think there was a thread about the same topic a while ago, but i couldn't find it...

One more reason to use Firefox, or another browser from http://www.mozilla.org, then go to the mozdev.org link for add-ons and download Adblock Plus and Flashblock. You can then block specific ads, or ones from a whole domain (like from doubleclick.net, specificmedia.com, etc.)

Apologies to Vericalscope for mentioning this, but so far as I know you guys (as with any web publisher) can reject this kind of "inyaface" ad, for example any that use Adobe Shockwave, the "bad little brother" of Adobe Flash. I'll bet the old Kontera text ad problem created many Adblock users here, and presume this will create more.

Yeah we used to request these be removed, and they were, and I requested that they are not put on the site at all, but I guess that request was not followed up on.

Okay. Am I the only one who has this "clicking" noise repeatedly going over and over? Like the sound of when you click a hyperlink (on IE)? I got used to it and thought whatever, because sometimes it happened simultaneously as I clicked a link but then I realized -- I am using Chrome, I don't have those sounds.

Is this sound coming from the ads? Even if it's not, no sound from ads!
