Can we get rid of Sophie Ferguson's player forum? It's an embarrassment.

Can we please get rid of Sophie Ferguson's player forum? It's an embarrassment to Australian tennis that a player who's achieved so little gets her own player forum, of which we only have 5, assuming she's one of our 5 best

How the hell did she get her own forum in the first place anyway? What person in there right mind would request one for her? Then which even more deluded mod/admin would grant this Ferguson-tard there wish?

Please just merge all her threads and be done with it. Why does she have her own forum, when Top 100 Anastasia Rodionova, GS Champ Stubbs, or Junior GS Champ Jess Moore don't? Please just get rid of it! Any of these 3 players having their own forum would be much more active.

Soph was playing her best tennis when she got her own sub-forum. Get over it, dude. it's not all about you

Replace it with a Marina Erakovic forum

It's a Tennis Australia & New Zealand forum

^^ Yeah I forgot, Marina should get her own forum since it is for Australia and NZ.

Q. Admins/Mods, if we get enough support for a Marina Erakovic subforum in the subforum request thread, can it replace Ferguson's?

You can request a subforum for Erakovic in the official subforum thread. It would not replace the Ferguson forum though, but be a new forum.

We monitor the use of subforums. If we consider the forum not active enough, it can be removed possibly.

Well is there any other way of removing it? Like can we make a poll in the TA&NZ forum? It's not really that active, MegaBytes could be better spent

Just checked out the inactivity in Sophie's forum. Since the start of June, only 1 thread has been posted in, and the last 2 pages of that thread is largely a general discussion about who the AO WC's are going to next year. Active? Really?

Nobody is stopping you from making a poll. We can take the results in account and see if we feel it is a reason to abandon the forum.

There's now a poll in Tennis Australia & NZ

Please go vote, and later on after a few days you can check it and take it into consideration James?

I have raised the issue with the other mods/admins. We will consider it.

Thanks for raising the issue Hugh Mannity
Sophie should not have a forum. Plain and simple.

This is kind of ironic because I probably have 50% of the posts in her forum
But seriously, I don't think anyone wants it

There is nothing to do with her performance and her sub forum.

Simply she got her own sub forum thanx to blogs in that time.
