"General Messages" won't load in either Safari or Firefox

I get similar error messages in both Safari and Firefox when trying to access General Messages.

Safari:

Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://www.tennisforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

Firefox:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

HELP!

For me it's non-tennis.
