Spearheading campaign to have poster banned

Can another poster do this? It was posted in a thread earlier how another poster spearheaded such a campaign to have a former member banned. I've since been likened to a former member "julia" by another poster in the same thread. Does ones longevity here depend upon being liked by certain clique?

Posters get banned eventually because they disobey the rules continually, not because a clique wants it.

Well, you still agreed to them or you would not have been able to complete the sign up. So even if you didn't read them, you are still obliged to follow them.
