Reps by color.

I have gotten my share of red reps, and probably what amounts to a good share of ten or twelve additional normal posters' red reps, just because a few posters don't appreciate my opinions, sarcasm or humor. These reps are unmistakable and, of course, red in color and have a negative connotation but are seldom annotated with an explanatory message, sadly.

I have gotten some green reps. Enough to recognize the green color. Given by austute posters generally of high intellect with well developed senses of humor. The meaning of the green reps is very clearly positive, which interpretation is usually supported by remarks attached.

Recently I have received several purple reps. These are very confusing. They are unannotated and from posters that usually are very liberal in assigning me red reps. However, they were given for posts that could have merited green reps even from these posters. Maybe.

In addition, one must consider that the color purple is the result of a more energetic electromagnetic wavelength than the color green, just as the color green is more energetic than the color red. This would suggest that purple reps should be not just good but spectacular.

Finally, the color purple is associated with kings, queens and royality, in general. This association suggests a purple rep should be very positive - even more so than a common green rep.

The essential question is: what the hell does a purple rep mean?

Yeah, purple reps!!!

reliant k just gave me another one!!! With the annotation that they are good reps!!! Which is good because I need them nearly as much as I like them!

reliant k, how did you do that???

Can I also give other color reps - like a bue one or a pink one?
