Reason to ban a member?

Hello

A friend of mine has been banned and somebody told me the reason was his friend gave him his password to his account and then he logged in it.

I know people has been banned for their behavour, when they agreded other members, or they made rascist posts, including what they wrote in a reputation box.
But I want to know if what I wrote in the first sentence is a reason to be suspended. I know about members who ask others to use their account to send games points, paw pics, or something.

It is one account per user.

If you post under another username you risk of indefinite suspension of your user priviliges.
