ill put my 5 cents in aswell then

the serbian flag should have a darker blue section not light blue

the serbian flag here is correct. the one posted above is the old montenegrin flag.

yea i know its correct.. but the light blue is crap.. darker blue is the only way ive seen the flag.. but coming to think of it now.. im sure when i used to be under the serbian county here it was darker..

might change it now and see

must be another country same flag just with light blue and i got

^^ Serbian flag is available on this site, there are a few people in this thread itself using it. btw the flag you posted is not totally right, their flag has a darker shade of blue just like this site has and just like the Yugoslav flag had, your flag has a little light shade of blue.

That's the flag of Republika Srpska! (@ least according to the site I found it on. Right click, and then hit properties).
