I dont think SHE is banned.. You can still rep HER..

"I want to do things on my own terms, I can't have anything take me out.
I have never given up and it's important for me to prove to myself that I can do this, and to prove to me that i'm a champion.
If I were just to sit down, lay down and give in, then I wouldn't have any respect for myself."

she isn't banned, nor suspended

[I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and give in.]

[Once we were called secret admirers, now we are just called stalkers.]

[Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you.]

Try deleting temporary internet files and cookies then restarting computer. This has worked for people in the past.

Internet Explorer users:
Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies AND Delete Files
