Reporting people to moderators?

I tried to report someone's post today and was told the "email function has been disabled by the administrator." So how do I report this individual? Do i PM somebody?

you click on this button. it will take you to the 'report post' window and you type a little message to the mods saying why you think it's offensive, etc.

Euhm... apparently... reported post function is down. Must be something to do with the software upgrade we've had.

Will it be up again soon, or should I just PM somebody?

Well, you would assume that Carot had been fixed by now, too, but Ellen has not had him to the vets office yet. Or is that a seperate issue?
