Reputation rules - question

Kindly publish (or link to) the reputation rules for the site
(hoping it will work anyhow).

Now i have to act blindly, sometimes I'm forbidden to rep
a particular member with 'spread some rep points before' or smth.
How many points or time are counted between repping the same person?
Is it possible to see this counts? (at least, some last rep given as mate - time pairs, better yet to have 'Latest Reputation Given' table).
How many points did my repping contribute to a mate?

Regards

if i'm not mistaken you can rep ten posts a day, and you need twenty different posters to be able to rep the same person again

it's almost impossible to calculate how much rep points you give, because it depends on your join date, your own rep total and your amount of posts.

right now you give out 371 rep points.

[I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and give in.]

[Once we were called secret admirers, now we are just called stalkers.]

[Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you.]

only in some way, imho - WTA's one is published....

btw, dependance on posts number is irrelevant - say, anyone can easily
generate some positive posting such as 'good luck to all girls' or smth
and post it 3-4 times a day (to not seem as spam) to every thread (or just many)
- total number'll be skyrocket soon

Could the masters be more open please

while checking the rep euristics, got warning
'You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later.'
i didn't count my rep givings thoroughly, but there were about 12-15 of them, imho.
do you call this a fair rule?
i really want to express my respect to other mates,
thought the rep system was for that reason...

I think the rep feature is just build in in the software. Not much the admins can do about it. It gets on my nerves too sometimes when I want to rep a great post and I can't but blah it's just an unimportant feature anyway.

Oh, we can change some variables, but seeing it's already hard enough to find one good post a day, we thought ten reps a day would be a good max. limit.

diff people have diff habits, you know.
say, sometimes i have a few days or weeks offline, and when i'm back i like to look
some threads through, so there's often much more good postings for the period.
or - time to time - you browse other threads you didn't see earlier... why not?
Thanks for replies
