Report/Rep Buttons moved to the bottom of sig.

It seems like for some posts the report/rep buttons are moved to the bottom of the sig instead of the bottom left.

Tried to rebuilt the thread information yesterday, which is a long process and I forgot to check back right away. Didn't seem to make a difference though, so I'm sending in a ticket to have this looked at.
