Potential AO Matchups

I was scanning the list of commitments, and if the top 16 or so goes in tact, then there are some very interesting potential early collisions.

Venus and Serena could not only be in the same half of the draw, but the same quarter (Serena 7, Venus 9). Imagine if these two met in the Rd of 16 (4th). I can't even fathom it! I think it's more likely to see Serena take on Capriati (since they just love that), but I'm hoping that won't be the case.

I love speculation. What do you think?

Lindsay Davenport is god.

Proudly cheering on Davenport, Capriati, Shaughnessy, Golovin, Sprem, Dementieva, Clijsters, Henin-Hardenne, Rubin, Washington, Uberoi, Petrova, Zvonareva, Kuznetsova, Fernandez, Schnyder, Rodionova, Morariu, Kirlenko, Sharapova, Mauresmo, and Frazier!
