thanks for the rule info.
It looks like you have mis-counted the field. It's 11 + a WC. I'm assuming Serena won't again play until 2020, and let's say Bertens takes the final YEC slot ahead of Belinda. No Marketa means you'd have Bencic, Konta, Kenin, Keys, Sabalenka, Martic, Kerber, Mertens, Vekic, Riske and one other, and then the WC. And that's assuming they all play as well - Konta hasn't played since US Open (but is down for Moscow), Keys is never far from a withdrawal etc.
Wiki currently list Donna above Riske on the same mount of points, so I assume that must be performance related, and if a couple of players below passed both of them, then Donna would get in. Donna's would actually need a semi final this week (110 points) for Linz to go on her record, as anything less, and she will remain on 2185 points.
It would take something crazy for either Donna or Ali to be denied though. Yastremska would need 530 points from Tianjin and Moscow, so something like a W and a F, as well as Sakkari winning Moscow. I think that's the only combo that would deny her. So you could just about say she was in.
