Does Chanda have laryngitis?

I have to wonder, as thus far there have been no interviews with her posted on the RG site. Surely a top 8 player reaching the quarters of a slam would merit an interview.

But there's apparently nothing wrong with her feet, as she was obviously moving too fast for the Reuters photographers yesterday. (They had pics of all 12 quarterfinalists in action yesterday except one. 3 guesses who.)

And people wonder why we grouse about Chanda getting no respect.

*grumble*

Chanda is a class act in every way. Her demeanor reminds me of Tim Duncan, the great american basketball player. They both are very humble and let their play do the talking. Fans have a way of reflecting the style of the player(s) they admire. Angry, aggressive,
obnoxious, arrogant athletes tend to have fans that reflect
that style. Chanda is going to appeal to the quieter side
of the fan base.
Chanda has the whole package--great play and effort combined with humility and dignity. Does she get enough credit? Absolutely not but I think there is an army of fans who appreciate this great player.
They're out there.
