$50K Boston, MA, (USA)

Lexy is in the MD!

Still waiting for the MD to be released.
I hope in her time off she has taken care
of her injury and she is good to go!

I hope so too!

Let's pray she doesn't retire.

I think we should put our girl in a 12-step program. "My name is Alexandra, and I have suffered a career-ending injury."

"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord." -- Proverbs 18:22

"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." -- Herb Brooks

"A man who views the world the same at 50 as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life." -- Muhammad Ali

Alex will play a Q/LL in the first round. Since the qualifiers aren't determined yet, i guess Alex will play on Wednesday

If she somehow wins, she will most likely have to play top seed Varvara Lepchenko.

Give it your best and no retirements!

Alex will play Maria Mokh from Russia. She's ranked far below Alex, but as we know, that means nothing...anyway give it your best Alex!

Lexy lost 3-6 6-2 6-0

This is her 1st match back in over a month and
she didn't retire. So, I'm okay with this.

Keep progressing Lexy.

Progressing? Alex lost in the first round of a Challenger event to a player ranked 250 places below her. TWO HUNDRED FIFTY. To make matters worse, she got BAGELED in the third set. Unless she and her mother stayed at Motel 6 and ate at McDonald's, they lost money this week. Alex Stevenson's tennis career is OVER; the problem is that she, her mother and you are the only ones who don't realize it.

Re: $50K Boston, MA, (USA)

Stop attacking each other, just because you do not agree whether Alex Stevensons career is over or not...As far as i know it's not, as she is still playing...her results are very discouraging yeah, but it won't help to continously keep bashing her for trying...

I think this is Jelena Dokic sindrom. She won first set, and gave up in the 2nd and 3rd

Apparently you don't either
as you are still around here, no?

Why do you then continue to follow
a person whose career is "over"?

hmmmm......

That's right forgot, bash them when they're
down and then kiss their butt when they're up.

Oh Lexy, too bad Venus won Wimbledon. Now, for the time being
you are the main one he'll bash repeatedly and once more call me
delusional for continually defending you.

Oh, Good Times!
