Good thing about Serena's loss

Hey, there is one good thing about Serena losing yesterday - Venus won.

I love matches between them because who ever loses, I have a comfort that the other one won.

If they could just play each other all the time until they regain their shape and become unbeatable again...

What I liked best is I got to see them play at the same time. I'll never get tired of that. But I saw where Serena's form is, and where it isn't. I saw what Venus needed to work on and I liked how each pushed the other on certain points which were just beautiful. The match wasn't the best, but there were parts that were very good. If there is one person I would rather have Serena lose to it is Venus and vice versa.

Whenever Serena losses I have to take time off from the boards, but I'm back- the show must go on!

There was some good to take away from her loss to Vee. Although she didn't play the best match (far from it) she did do a lot of things well. I think she could've had a good result against a different opponent- it's just that Vee was able to do everything that Serena could and better. There aren't too many players strong on both defense and offense, if Serena had to play a player like that I don't think she would have won but most of the top players are either really strong offensively or really strong defensively and not equally strong on both end. That's why Jennifer and Venus give Serena trouble...

Life goes on and so does the tennis, but you have to admit without Serena it's just not the same. That energy, that excitement, the drama, the passion....damn I just love that woman. And unlike some, it does nothing at all to lessen the pain just because she lost to Venus. I can't be too greedy, Serena all but destroyed Vee's confidence beating her in all those finals (the good ol' days). I can't wait to see Serena back to her winning ways.

Good news and bad news for Venus. She beat Serena both times she's played her this year, but each time she's lost in the very next round.

There is no one like Serena. And there will never be. She is the best ever.
