Not a great match, unfortunately. Kim went off the boil in the 2nd set, making a lot of errors.

Anastasia never got going, although she showed some flashes of brilliance in the 2nd set, to make it more competitive.

Perhaps Kim lost concentration after the stroll of the first set. She needs to pick it up again for the next round (s)

I'm actually not too worried about Kim's not so great match. She looked kind of uninterested and unfocused..which is why she had the errors in her game. I really doubt she'll be unfocused against Serena..that's a whole different ball game. I think she'll step up to the challenge, she might not win, but I'm sure she'll play a much better match.

It's hard to expect someone to play great every match; Serena had a bad match in the 1st round, and hopefully this was Kim's bad match. She pretty much just played the way she needed to to win.

felt so alone
suffered from alienation
carried the weight on my own
Had to be strong
so I believed
and now I know I've succeeded
in finding the place I conceived
