I couldn't even play a single game in these conditions. 28 degrees are already too much for me.

They said that they expect showers/thunderstorms in about 1 1/2 hours.

About 37 degrees celsius or thereabouts.

The sun is hidden and its cloudy, but the humidity level is astounding. Not to mention all the smoke in the air from bushfires in the north.

Can't they close the roof of the main court, and then blow some cold air in it?

I thought that might have happened! I waited half an hour for Bauer-Kersten to start (juniors match) and nowthing was happening... so I had a nice read of the paper while I waited!
