I think that Navratilova/Kuznetsova have a real chance to beat the Williams' but then again, I'm biased... I think it'll go to three sets, but probably the Willis will prevail. Dammit.

Cara/Elena should ease through their match as it looks as though they've recovered from their lack of form and Pierce/Stubbs are a new team & Mary's not in great shape yet.

Anna/Chanda should win their match comfortably. Conchi/Nadia aren't anywhere near as accomplished doubles players.

I think Elena/Justine should come through against Paola/Virginia but then P/V are continually underestimated so I wouldn't be too suprised if they came through.

Overall, I like Elena/Justine's chances to take the title if they get through the next match. I've not seen them play together but they should complement each other well. They've got power, variety, skill and presence.

the last time the sisters played them everyone said it was going to go to three sets, it did, so it prompts everyone to repeat predictions. but this is completely different williams sisters. they have imporeved a lot in the doubles department. they will win easily. matter of fact, i say they surrender 5 games at the most!

SerenaSlam - When did the sisters play that team?

Prayed through the nights
felt so alone
suffered from alienation
carried the weight on my own
Had to be strong
so I believed
and now I know I've succeeded
in finding the place I conceived
