Can Callens Finish What Loit Started?

Callens pushed Serena before and plays like Loit and with an injured knee and probably a bruised ego, Serenas vulnerable...or is she that more determined??? Find out....

After winning the first set 6-3, Richard Gasquet has lost the next one 6-0 and his down 5-0 in the third

Wake up Richard!!!

I'm thinking Callens will give Serena some trouble, if she slices the ball low and gets to net quickly. Serena had trouble at times with the different spins Loit put on the ball.
On the other hand, Serena could adjust well to Callens after playing Loit and blow her off the court. It all depends on which Serena shows up out there...and she'll probably be even more determined to win it all now after that gutsy effort today.

If Serena doesn't pick up her game she's certainly in for a rough ride..hopefully Callens will finish her off

I don't think with Serena that one match is a good predictor of the next. However, by the sound of things she'll be really wanting to get some form back before the next round.

Els knows how to play her. Serena knows how to win.

Not blind. Not uninformed. We are party to atrocities. But the response of the world after 9/11 is worth noting. Even our most dire enemies offered aid. We should all be so lucky.

If Serena will work on the errors, Els doesn't stand a chance

If Serena played like today and Els played like Wimbledon I would say yes

That's certainly a good possibility if today's Serena shows up again for her second round.
