I tried using some of these websites, the problem is everyone is usually in their 50s and over
I guess no one in their 20s play anymore

You can try giving your phone number to everyone you play with so that you can arrange to play when it's convenient for both of you.

Re: Is there a site where you can find tennis players in your area?

Just to let you guys know, I have an app that has been released which offers this functionality on iOS. Player search, scoring, match statistics, compare your stats vs the pros, in-app messaging... the works. It's called ScoreLord.

It has taken 12 months of development to get to this point, at considerable cost and time and so unfortunately it is paid & is now trying to generate traction & users right now.

However if you drop me a mail with the subject line Tennis Forum Freebee at [email protected] or PM me here, I can get you a code to get it for FREE. Loads of awesome, novel, scoring UI and is a no-brainer to use if you own an iPhone. Can't wait to see what you guys think!

Tennisopolis.com is awesome! Found many cool hitting partners on that site.

Hey Kevin,

We recently launched our sport buddy app called 5F. It lets you find Tennis Buddies and other sport buddies nearby.
You can check it out here: http://app5f.com/app

Any feedback is welcome.
Thanks for giving it a try!

I think Tennis Partner Groups (over 750 of them!) - Tennisopolis : Tennis Social Network will work.

Re: Is there a site where you can find tennis players in your area?

While there are many other great options that were already mentioned, there is a new kid on the block - https://skillmint.com

I just recently launched this platform because I was having a hard time finding perfect activity partners myself (tennis and ping-pong in particular). The caveat is that it's not just for tennis, you can find and meet people with other interests and skills similar to yours, including sports, music and even art. It also has a community driven rating system which helps you find a partner with the skill level that match yours. Give it a try.

Re: Is there a site where you can find tennis players in your area?

Meetup.com has many tennis meetups in most cities so you would certainly find a tennis group near you if you live in a big city. At https://racketfriends.com/ you can also find tennis partners, and also hitting partners for most other racket sports, like squash and badminton. But the Global Tennis Network might have most tennis players in their network.

The Tennis Buddy app seems to be getting traction as I am starting to get messages from people wanting to play in my area.

To answer your inquiries, let me suggest Global Tennis Network. Type this name in its entirety to reach the website.

Pain of someone with poor social skills::

Little Nap(olea)N:
Hey just a friendly reminder to respect more the organiser of this caddyshack/tribute/band. Yesterday you called me with a bad name and this is not the first time. If you do this again to me or other member you are disqualified from the group.that includes your messages here

Imitator Cruuude
L NN you are not the friendly one. I had a bad experience with that thug who took our court and you should realise I had this on my mind the whole time. no warnings. if you threaten to remove me, i will create a separate group and invite all the people who did not stay with our group. i am a good player and you should respect i even bother with half the players like i do. i don't like how you didn't tell me you are now making *soldeed* do the Blue Pill Invites. yes, he is more reliable but still this is worse than any 'bad name' which i use to try and play excellent tennis, which helps the group play well. i also will share all the emails you wrote which stated i was co organiser of the group, and all the emails where i gave you great ideas. so back off and let me play. thank you
and you never return balls to the server, and never let the returner get ready. so please grow up . i am much more adult than you give me credit for

This is *not* how to treat women. I hope your gf, whoever the heck she is does not get this from anyone close to her.

I use LeisureClique.com, it's a site where you can find tennis players to hit with, and many other sports partners. https://leisureclique.com/tennis-partners is a page for finding tennis partners.
