Especially with all these religious extremists in Jerusalem with the Sabbath going out until shortly before the start of the final. I hope the venue will be within walking distance to the city centre as public transportation shuts down until Saturday sunset Tel Aviv is much more relaxed and it would be an awesome place to host the event, with great weather already, hot guys everywhere, the beach, the international flavour instead of Jerusalem so centered in religious stuff and much more in tension with the Palestines around the corner. Actually, being these cities just one hour away by car I am sure many people will take TLV as a base anyway. Plus this is not 1998 anymore, now ESC is much more than the night of the event but a full week of activities and fun. I'm sorry, but I can't see all this shit being hosted in ultraconservative Jerusalem

Secret service usually works the same way everywhere in the world. Spare me the official narrative because it's bullshit I'm not 10 yo to buy into that crap.

If you don't know anything about Mossad how can you tell they'll ignore ESC? An event like this is a golden opportunity for Hezbollah to strike so no way Mossad says "we don't care"

You know that Mossad is not the only security service in Israel, right? And as Punky said - if there are any agents in the crowd during Eurovision they'd definitely be from internal security service.

Liechtenstein wants to debut. Currently in process of applying for EBU membership.

Kazakhstan asked to participate, but were denied.

Turkey returning to the contest in Israel would be bizarre I can't see it happening.

What bartosh said.

Again the mossad operate outside of israel, we have enough agancies inside israel.

Be sure there will be agents all over but u will never know them bc they will be like the nerd neighbour that never caught ur attention.

Without TV movies I wouldn't even know NSA exits so excuse me if I don't know how many secret service agencies there are in Israel My only question is how many agents will there be in the crowd? I guess a record number, I'd say 15-20% easily IMO
