Yes, pretty much so. 5-6 hours. Even when I want to sleep more, I just can't because I'm always awake before 6am and go to sleep around 12am-12:30am.

I slept from 2-7am, then dozed in and out until 10.

Re: How many hours did you sleep last night?

I'm another night owl - don't normally go to bed until 2 or 2.30 am, and usually get up between 6 and 6.30. Saturday nights are about the only time I get more - never more than about 6 hours solidly if I'm really lucky, although I'll normally drift in and out of conciousness for an hour or two on a Sunday morning.

Re: How many hours did you sleep last night?

Usually get 6.5-7.5 hrs a week Mon-Fri and then 7.5-8.5 hrs at weekends.

Mon-Fri is not enough but I don’t like to be in bed before 10pm and usually have to be up 6am to get a gym session in before the daily commute into the city centre for work.

I fully embrace the proposal for 4 day a week working. The above is so exhausting.
