honestly, i think tai was starting to sound pretty articulate and clear during the last few tribal councils, and he had better relationships with sarah, michaela, aubry, and more, than brad did.
This. I think Tai would've also beaten Brad.

Re: Survivor 34: Game Changers

Finally watched it. As we all expected the F3 was unsatisfying. At least out of the 3, the most deserving won.
She has to be one of the dullest winners ever, though. But kudos to her, she managed to convince people she actually cared for them. Beats me how! Brad saved face by apologizing at the Reunion but his behaviour was appalling, especially since there was no need for it. Glad, the jury didn't reward his inflated ego. No wonder Ozzy voted for him!
That legacy advantage really turned out to be the biggest game changer of all , Sarah was finally going to be voted out! Who knows what would have happened but I think Aubry or Tai would have had a great chance at sneaking into the final 3, maybe even both. They would have definitely forced a tie in a potential F4.
Overall, not a great season but it had some memorable moments and same great characters.

I didn't even like Amanda, but she is bursting with C.U.N.T. compared to who we wound up with at the end of 34.

Re: Survivor 34: Game Changers

ozzy votes tai over brad. tai also gets michaela and sarah as locks. i also read in an interview with ozzy after he was eliminated how he really respected how tai lives in general and as a survivor of the vietnam war, etc.

these were how the votes went down in the reunion:
tai: sarah, aubry, cirie, michaela, ozzy
brad: troyzan, andrea, sierra, zeke, debbie, hali

but with the open forum format, who knows who would've been able to swing who. i can see hali and zeke changing their votes if tai is able to articulate his gameplay. but we'll never know, would've made for a verrryy interesting tribal.

Re: Survivor 34: Game Changers

I understand the reasoning why Brad brought Sarah even if it was misguided. A lot of the jury were very grossed out by the social actions Sarah took in swearing on her child repeatedly (this was never shown) and then immediately cutting all ties with each person over and over again. At the very best if Brad had played his cards right and said the right things and apologised for his actions, it's very possible that Andrea and/or Aubry could've switched their votes since both admitted to being bitter and both felt that Sarah played the better game but that she had gone too far socially. That was always gonna be the risk - Most of the jury acknowledged Sarah played the better strategic game but did she burn too many people with what she did socially and how she treated people?

I'm also not convinced Brad beats Tai either. I agree with Potato that the 5 votes Tai has are almost certain locks with Hali and Zeke the two who I think would flip. Andrea is a tentative Brad vote, Debbie is a solid Brad vote whereas Sierra probably still goes Brad. But there's definitely someone arguing for Tai at FTC enough to try swing people across to vote for him.

I loved Amanda so much. Her gameplay in China was phenomenal, and her FvF game is no slouch either (the alliance of her, Cirie and Parv is probably my favourite of all time). Her two FTC performances are the worst of all time, probably, and her Parv bitterness in HvV wasn't a good look either.

She's someone I'd be interested to see play a 4th time (not gonna happen though I think). Would she be targeted early? Would she change anything about her gameplay?

Natalie from Redemption Island was even worse than Amanda's

Did she have any game/strategy to try and articulate, though?

I'll never get over Cirie getting voted out the way she did.

Blame Shiterra and the stupid legacy advantage. Otherwise we would have seen Sarah's arrogant arse sent home
