Regarding handshakes you're probably right. Regarding the rest (grunts, dramatic behaviour) they are equal.

The phrase is gendered like "bitch" (unless used by gay men, who will happily use bitch or drama queen on any one, male or female or animal), but it's not true there is no equivalent for men. Men will be called "immature spoiled brat" or "unprofessional". Although the antidote for men is often to "grow up", implying real men wouldn't act in this manner, while it is completely possible for grown women to be "bitches" and "drama queens" without losing their statuses as women.

A single flow'r he sent me, since we met./All tenderly his messenger he chose;
Deep-hearted, pure, with scented dew still wet - One perfect rose.
I knew the language of the floweret;/'My fragile leaves,' it said, 'his heart enclose.'
Love long has taken for his amulet/One perfect rose.
Why is it no one ever sent me yet/One perfect limousine, do you suppose?
Ah no, it's always just my luck to get/One perfect rose.

Glad to see a lot of people with my same opinion.
Only fanatics or fantards can't see the reality.

Angie showed her real colors one more time at the handshake.
I hope she loses fans after this.
Bianca is more talented than you and she will win more in her career than you. Deal with this Angie.
absolutely pathetic from Kerber, another spoiled brat that can't get a beating from a more talented player like a pro would accept. pathetic.

That's kind of the problem. I think women get viewed as catty--the whole "women hate each other, but men respect each other" idea. It's toxic.

Regardless, even if Kerber thought Andreescu was engaging in gamesmanship, gamesmanship isn't new. You could argue she employed it in her last match against Muchova with the conveniently timed medical timeout. She's been on the tour long enough to be able to deal with it.

Re: Handshake FAILS

My friend is volunteering at the Miami Open and she said they both were in the bathroom at the same time after the second set and Bianca was making loud grunts possibly fake-shitting in order to annoy Angie between the second and third sets. But because of the handshake it's Angie that doesn't look very ladylike. Another well-constructed point by Bianca!

assuming this is true, which is not, that's all it takes to throw off a multi slam winner that's been playing tennis from before she went to school?

Re: Handshake FAILS

Would seem like both of them pretended in the bathroom, since most of the shit Kerber produced was on the court/at the net..

I think most players are totally different persons on and off court.
One is the competitive pro, that is giving everything in a tennis match. The other one is a person like everyone else just living their lives.
I think the off-court person shows the real colors

Eh, depends. I would say (myself included) that a press conference persona has the possibility to be fabricated, faked for cameras in a way that the heat of the moment on the court doesn't allow. Spontaneity leads to more genuine, although fiery responses. And people (myself included) will definitely more show their less-than-desirable sides while playing, and try to PR correct it afterwards.
