At least two, likely 3, maybe even more of these youngsters will eventually win at least 1 slam. But the player who I'm most confident will get there is definitely Gauff. Anisimova is probably a close second, but she has a lot more question marks over her than Gauff, which is why I didn't pick her first.

How does the one who has already been in a slam semifinal, won a title, beaten several top players, and had other nice runs on multiple surfaces have "more question marks" than someone who beat three grannies to get to a fourth round? Nothing against Gauff and she obviously handled the pressure very well, but that was one tournament whereas Anisimova has displayed her potential several times.

Yastremska is a brainless basher and it would be tragic if she won a GS. I'm not a fan of Ansimova's game either, there isn't much thought process and i'd be glad to see both of them paying their dues for a few years to figure out how they can get better.

Gauff still looks like a junior and she is 3 or 4 years away from being a contender. She got a very lucky draw to generate all that publicity.

Potapova i haven't seen and can't comment. So my pick is Swiatek.

I'll go with Andreescu based on what I saw at Indian Well and by the number of Top 10 she defeated this year. Her only problem is that she self destructs as she plays a lot. Her style is very demanding and she has a bit of weight to lose. But at an event with a day of rest between matches, she can be one of the best contenders if she peaks at the right time.

Anisimova due to her composure and striking ability, if she peaks in a slam.

Andreescu if she peaks in a slam without injury.

Gauff doesn’t have the game at this moment and she might disappear with the rest of young hyped players. She has a good serve but will need to seriously improve on grounstrokes,

Maketa only if she changes her mindset and becomes more aggressive. Her game might be exposed soon by players if she continues looping balls.

Andreescu definitely. She has the variety and all the weapons. Too bad she's prone to injuries.
Anisimova and Swiatek have big games too.

Bianca Andreescu could be an absolute titan on tour if her body was able to hold up to her game style... She had the same problems with injuries holding her back in juniors as well...

Hopefully she can get those issues figured out... I’m also a little surprised Vondrousova is not on this list...

Probably because she just turned 20 and isn't a teenager anymore, the Vondrousova part, although I do agree she should be there. In her case it helps that she's already played in a Grand Slam final, and while it was far from her day, I'm sure she will learn from it and be better in the future when another similar opportunity arrives.

That's really why I picked Gauff over any of the others, because she looked like the most stable mentally, the most clutch when push came to shove. Vondrousova is better than Gauff and so is Anisimova, but they're not as focused as that 15-year-old when under pressure.

Hard to argue against that, which is why I picked Gauff over her (but just barely). But also it's understandable a 17-year-old girl who already reached such heights so quickly might let her emotions get the better of her with the finish line in sight (and what a finish line, her first ever Slam final and a big shot to win it all). She could smell the final, but she lost her composure (like you said) and that was that. And Barty took that opportunity and never looked back, and at the end of the day that's the difference between the almost champions and champions. To become a champion you need to be able to seize the opportunity when it comes to you. She created a huge opportunity for herself by not just making it that far but also beating last year's champion, only to falter when she was a couple steps away from the finish line.

Based on the choices here my answer is Andreescu because she already has a PM. None of the ladies are even close.

Kenin to me is the one to look out for. I don't think her game will reward her with a lot of GS but I see her winning a lot of PMs and P5 and be a consistent force in top 10. The same I think of Vondrousova but she just turned 20 so no longer a teen.

I don't want to think of Gauff too much right now. She is only 15. Have a long way to go and things could change dramatically. Pavlyuchenkova was amazing in her teens and look how it turned out for her.

I think part of Gauff's Mental strenth comes from 2 things

1. Her serve is very good which always makes a player feel more calm as they can rely on it
2. Her groundstrokes while not super potent...come with a lot of safety and shape which will hold up when under pressure (One of the reason's I think grinders/counter punchers have over emphasised mental strength)

Anisimova, Gauff, Andreescu and Yastremska all have great chances of winning multiple slams if all goes well for them.
