You argued he'd been of some psychological help for Serena. The point was still another one: during his career as a tennis coach/manager, Tiriac has proven definitely more than Mouratoglou by leading to successful careers several players who had yet to confirm, while the latter basically made his name bringing more balance to an already tennis legend late career. I won't deny that Mouratoglou has been helpful to Serena, but I fail to see how on earth could his coaching contribution overshadow Tiriac's coaching/managing history. Of course, you should do your homework before arguing that some results are better than the ones you fail to mention here.
And you still owe an answer to the first paragraph: since you are according a high importance to Tiriac tennis career, how many slams/tournaments has won Patrick, how many times has he represented his country in Davis Cup finals? Would that be because the required numbers amount to nil and you feel to lose the argument with an accomplished athlete who played at a definitely competitive level not only tennis but also ice hockey?!

Wow, so much hate for people who actually achieved something in their lives. Must be envy.
Didn't even know this tread was about Nastase.
"lack any morals whatsoever" tell us some more.

Racketboi, Ion Tiriac made her tactics probably, great coach, adviser, manager, businessman and former excellent player, he humiliated Mouratoglou and his girl Serena was sent back to America.

Do you say he is unknown? Why did Wilander invite him now on Eurosport? =)))

Clearly Tiriac is one of the most knowledgeable people in the tennis world. Now Halep proved Tiriac has right all along

He supports Halep so much...he arrived for her final and she mention it in her speach..she was thanksful he was there.

Why he is so obsessed with Serena - I don´t know..may be because she don´t play his Madrid..

It's possible. He also criticizes Federer when he doesn't enter Madrid or skips the entire clay season.

I'm glad you clarified that. Some of us appreciate those players who are fair and fight for every inch, some others, like you, appreciate only the 'shining' characters propelled into the mainstream, no matter what means they use to 'get' results.
That's perfectly normal, some people chose justice, and some chose 'theft'.

I think the rant Tiriac had lately about Serena was mostly to motivate Simona - to bring Serena down from the pedestal, to expose her in the mind of Simona as a not good player, as a past player.

On a primitive level, we relish all of this trash commentary on 'famous people’ because in some way, if even for a moment, we love to feel like we - the little people, the plebeians, are better than THEY are.
