Re: Highlight of the Year

Wow, hard to pick one

I think for Kim personally, it's her wedding and pregnancy.
Professionally, the win in Sydney

Re: Highlight of the Year

So hard...just so many good memories

Personally Kim announcing her pregnancy
On the Court it would have to be Sydney...she played some of her best tennis in that match

Re: Highlight of the Year

Definitely not Kim retiring.

I voted for Sydney, it was unbeliaveable how she turned that match around. But Antwerp was definitely a highlight for me as well; I got to watch her live in her home-country and the farewell ceremony.. do I have to say more?

Kim announcing her pregnancy and getting married was great too.

Re: Highlight of the Year

Kim Winning Hong-Kong: This was a great way to start off her farewell year, beating great opponents at her best.

Kim Winning Sydney: Kim played some of her best tennis. It summarized her whole career. She had to struggle, but she was able to turn it around and win despite the odds! Plus, the match was just excellent!

Kim's Semifinal Run at the AO: A nice showing for her very last grand slam.

Kim at Antwerp: Without a doubt the most emotional match ever for Kim. She said goodbye to her home-crowd, and played a great match. One of the highlights as a Kim fan. Shame I could not be there!

Kim Retiring: Well, that really sucked. But it made her happy!

Kim Announcing Her Pregnancy: This is great for Kim! It is the start of something new for her, and it will bring Brian and her only happiness.

Kim Getting Married: Probably the highlight of Kim's year! She did what she always wanted to: she got married.

Kimsland and Luxembourg Exhibition Match: Just displays how dedicated she is to her fans... Means a lot to us!

I chose Kim Getting Married. Had "Kim Announcing Her Pregnancy" been "Kim Having Her Baby" I would have DEFINTELY chosen that. But we have to wait another four months for that!
