Sorry, I don't vote. Works better in my experience . The only time I used the "I don't jinx" option was Miami

Me too! I voted for the same option. I actually JINXED her. So... I will follow you. I'm too stink to open my mouth.

It was right after Warsaw that I checked for the upcoming tourneys and Kim wasn't in the Players List at that time, I guess she just decided to enter another tourney for FO prep.

Really She has more than likely Anna in her first match. Anna is in very good form, Warsaw semi and 3rd round in Berlin only losing to Mauresmo and Kuznetsova. Then Dinara who took Petrova to 3 sets in Berlin QF & last time they met was the toughest match they have played and Dinara loves clay. Sharapova, Petrova and Mauresmo all got better draws imo.

well, anna is good, yes. but nowhere good enough to defeat kim IMO. and i'm not too worried about dinara, way too streaky and kim has never lost a set to her

I'm not saying Kim will lose but that it is a tough draw to get through. Theoretically (I don't want to jinx Kim) Kim has too much power on clay for Anna but Anna is in form and has confidence so anything can happen as it will be Kim's first match so it will depend on how she starts and if she is rusty. Kim and Dinara have only played on clay once that was Berlin last year, they had a very tough first set. Dinara is in much better form this year and almost took a set in Antwerp - she is having a very consistent year. Also Dinara will be motivated to show that she should have been selected to play singles on day 2 of Fed Cup. It all depends on how Kim starts, if she is rusty after a week off or if she isn't - depends on which Kim shows up .
