Arrow Berlin 2005

Not sure if Kim will play that one but the draw is out. I've seen it posted in GM but can't find it. Please if anyone sees it put it here.
Kim was in, we'll have to see if she goes ahead and plays there

If I was Kim I'd be staying at home resting the shoulder, playing with my recovering Great Dane and my hair straighteners.

Patiently waiting to join the silver surfers

Sounds like a sensible plan to me too, but we'll see

That draw is a load of crap, it is so top loaded, Maria, Kim, JHH, Ivanovic, Schnyder all in the top half. Kim's draw is shocking, she'd have to beat Ivanovic and Schnyder just to get to the QF! If she plays her best tennis she should win but the question is how is the shoulder, she won't get past these girls serving at less than full pace, not to mention how the shoulder would feel.

As I mentioned in the Warsaw thread, we quickly need a Berlin poll. Certainly with this draw

Wow if I was in Berlin, I'd definately go to that court all day, the first 3 matches have 5 of my favourites, what a line up

Kimmie sighting

Oh my god, whats up with Anca. At least she did a bit of fighting in the end of the match, but it was just terrible - no winners, just getting points if Penetta was out to risk something. Kim Clijsters, Babsi Rittner and Julia Schruff watched the match as well.

Kim is being plain stupid: yesterday she said her shoulder still troubles her during training, yet she'll most probably play today... (source: http://www.standaard.be/Nieuws/Sport...cleID=GHPEIMHP - Belgian newspaper)

I thought she had decided for herself that she finally had enough injury experience? She won't be beating anyone in top-35 if she plays injured like this. I really hope she still quits, but highly doubt it...
