Christmas and New Year Wishes

I’d like to wish every CCLer a very nice, calm, and peaceful Christmas!

It’s a Day that’s symbol of hope for the world. For all, no matter what your beliefs are, Christmas is a day of peace, or can be a symbol of hope for peace in the world.

So I like to wish peace to everyone in here;

Peace here in CCL,

Peace at home,

Peace at work,

Peace among your friends,

Peace among your relatives,

And so most needed; some Peace in this world of ours.

Ending with a suitable song:

It’s a hymn composed for the United Nations, and called “Let there be peace on earth”. Please visit http://www.planetaryexploration.net/patriot/ (then click songs for world peace to find this one in particular).

Let there be peace on earth
And let it begin with me
Let There Be Peace on Earth
The peace that was meant to be

Let peace begin with me
Let this be the moment now
With ev'ry step I take
Let this be my solemn vow

To take each moment and live each moment
In peace eternally
Let there be peace on earth
And let it begin with me

A Merry Christmas to you all!

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you!

2000-2007: My "Kim years". My best years as a tennis fan. A few bitter losses but a lot of great matches and great wins. Thank you, Kim Clijsters!
26.03.2009: More Kim years to come!

Buon Natale a tutti!

And reply to Bram: no, I can't speak any Welsh, I'm ashamed to say, but I CAN pronounce the longest place name in Wales, which is:

LLANFAIRPYLLGWYNGYLLGOGERYCHWYRNDROBWYLLLLANTISILI OGOGOGOCH!

(Yes folks, Welsh is even stranger sounding than Dutch, he he!)

We don't have any traditions for christmas eve, which is a good thing since Im working til about 10pm that night (so is my sister mind you so mum will be wrapping our pressies ). Christmas day we just have lunch with my nana, we have the full hot lunch, turkey, ham, roast potatoes etc, even though its usually almost 40C outside

Though I don't post often anymore in here, Merry Christmas to all of you

Tot alle stormen zijn verstomd en er een nieuwe lente komt
En alles weer begint van voor af aan..."
