Another article, this one with quotes from Silvia...
CANBERRA, Australia (Ticker) - When Paola Suarez plays in next week's Australian Open, she'll know she has given her nerves a good workout.
Suarez saved five match points against third-seeded Silvia Farina Elia of Italy on Saturday to win the Canberra Women's Classic.
The second-seeded Argentine edged Farina Elia, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-5), in two hours, 36 minutes in the final of this $110,000 hardcourt event. She earned $16,000 for her fourth WTA Tour title.
"I am very happy to win," Suarez said. "It was very close and a great final. Today, I think I am lucky. We are very close and we both have chances; today it goes my way."
Suarez never before had beaten Farina Elia in three meetings, also having played a tight match at Wimbledon last year.
"I just tried to be more aggressive," Suarez said. "But it was a tough match, she is a great player and like at Wimbledon, today's match could go either way."
Farina Elia fell behind, 3-0, in the first set, but won six straight games to take the set.
Suarez bounced back in the second set, taking a 5-1 lead. Farina Elia pulled within, 4-5, before Suarez served out the second set to even the match.
Farina Elia broke serve in the sixth game and held for a 5-2 lead. Suarez saved one match point at 5-3 and four more in the tiebreaker. "She played great on the match points, I never really had a chance to try something different," Farina Elia said. "She played very aggressive on the big points - it was very tough."

Head to head is 3-0 Kim but they all went three sets. Most recent meeting was QF of Wimbledon last year after a great run by Silvia. Kim is rolling but I give Silvia a chance here especially if Kim is ailing.
Forza Silvia!!!
