you can use up all your picks in any round, except you can't use ALL of them in round one, ie if its a Grand Slam tourney you can pick 25 1r matches and 1 2r match or say 10 1r matches, 8 2r matches, 3 3r matches etc etc, welcome to PAW

I had an idea the other night, but dunno if you will like it...
I always thought better ranked player should - like on the real tour - have advantages like top players do as well...
I thought that probably top players could have the chance to have one more pick or so. On the other hand this would eventually destroy the competition...
What do you think?

Yeah. Let's say we have 8 seeded players for Estoril. They are seeded and - as on the real tour - they should have an advantage.
In PAW, this could be an additional pick. So for example someone can pick 14 instead of 13 matches.
Just an idea though.

The thing I don't know about it is that in contast to the other games everybody really has equal chances in PAW. The question is whether that would be something we should leave like it is now or if we try to adapt a bit more to the tour... Because sometimes I'm really wondering about the sense of seeding expect for the number behind your name. *lol*

I'm strongly against it.
That's like giving seeded players a 1-game advantage in each set.

The advantage that seeds have in tennis tournaments is that they don't meet other top players in early rounds. In the matches themselves, all players have the same conditions.
