PAW (Pick-A-Winner) - FED CUP SEMIFINALS AND FINAL

Hi PAWers

Before the season really ends, there's one more opportunity to play for those players who are members of the 9 nations that qualified to Fed Cup semifinals:
AUSTRALIA
BELGIUM
GERMANY
INDIA
INDONESIA
ISRAEL
ITALY
POLAND
SPAIN

The semifinals will be played on November 19&20. The top 4 teams in the semi will qualify to the final on November 22&23.

Players of the above nations who want to play in the semis and finals (if their nation qualify), please post commitments on this thread in the following format:

I commit to (nation name)

Deadline for commitments is November 18th.
There's no limit to the # of players in a team.

There are some significant changes to the competition rules at this stage:
1. The scoring points and picks will be valid in case the nominated player is substituted.

2. Each player can post 5 picks in the semifinals, from all matches in both semifinals, including the doubles matches.

3. In the final, each player can post 3 picks from all matches including doubles.

4. The team score will be calculated by adding the scores of all players and divide it by the # of players that made commitments for that team.

Team nominations:

Australia (2): SpikeyAidanm, azza
Belgium (1): Fieke
Germany: ?
India (1): danielrosario
Indonesia (5): mypapa_je, ns_henin, ntohir, sandg, speedster_

I thought we agreed that the scores will be valid for substitutes...
If you want to cover all possibilities, you'll need 9 alternatives for each match...
