Gaby was eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2001.. I hope she is inducted one of these years...

You know there are going to be people who say she should'nt be in the hall of fame,I am NOT one those people,because she "only has one slam".I don't agree because she did achieve alot,and the "one slam"thingy.....well MOST players never win a slam.....Also,I was on one of Gaby's sites and on the message board someone posted that Lucy Lawless,of Xena fame said that she based Xena on Gaby....HUH....I don't know if that is compliment or not cuz I've never watched that show....has anyone else heard this?  |

Wow Gaby! I enjoyed seeing her at the French Open! Just too bad she never got past that Semifinals though.

She also resembled a player from 80's Guillermo Perez-Roldan, a US magazine had a 'Separated at birth' article and shown pics of both!

The only comparison I saw was with Mark Philippoussis. It was only an angle that they looked similar.
