Should Ordina-Open become a Tier 2?
I think it would be great!!! Because this is one of the only 3 grass tune-ups before Wimbledon and there are coming always very good players for a Tier 3 now. But the only thing is, is it possible to have two Tier 2's in a week? (with Eastbourne).
What do you think?

My thoughts exactly, Crow, the Ordina Open has a stronger field than Eastbourne.
And judging by the website, the Ordina Open seems much more professional than Eastbourne. It's a fantastic website for a Tier III! Loads better than quite a few Tier II's and I's.

Based on their website?
No, Eastbourne is a big crowd and lots of high players playing Eastbourne.

Both tournaments have 3 top ten players, where Ordina has the highest ranked ones, that's true. However there's a wider story.
The lowest ranking position of a seed in Eastbourne is 13
At Rosmalen, this is 42
I think that shows that overall the field in Eastbourne should be considered better.
There's another proof : If Justine wins, the two top seeds will make it to the final, this is not the case in Eastbourne, and the better field is the reason for this I think

That's true. But if Ordina was made a Tier II, the field would change too. But what Matthew said is true, then the lower ranked players have nowhere to go to prepare for Wimbledon.
There should be more grass tournaments.
