Paszek ist zwar nicht in Form, aber Friedsam eigentlich auch nicht. Dazu weiß keiner, was ihre Magenprobleme machen.

Da sollte Siegemund schon ihre Chancen haben,

Schäfer - Bratchikova
Dürfte schwer werden für Schäfer.

Gronert - Ishizu
Keine Chance für Gronert, dafür war ihre Form während der Regionalligasaison zu schwach.

Hm, also auf den ersten Blick hätte es auch schlimmere Auslosungen geben können. Viele dieser Spielerinnen waren selber noch in keinem GS Main Draw. Mal abwarten.

Siegemund und Schäfer sind ja doch eher auf Sand zu Hause, Gronert ist vollkommen aus dem Turnierrhythmus und Friedsam hat ein schweres Los.

Witthöft könnte da aber schon durchkommen.

ja, Draw ist ganz OK, muss man abwarten wie Laura nach der längeren Turnierpause drauf ist und wie ernst sie die Sache nimmt, hat ja zumindest die Universiade als Vorbereitung auf Hartplatz gespielt...

Aus meiner Sicht kommt es eher auf die Form an, dafür sind die spielerischen Unterschiede in diesem Bereich viel zu gering. Allerdings ist die bei Friedsam auch schlecht, dazu die Geschichte mit der Magenverstimmung. Aber 3 Siege wie bei Paszek, dagegen hat Görges im Vergleich ja ein Super-Jahr bislang hingelegt.

Friedsam/Paszek
-Kann man irgendwie gar nicht einschätzen. Kommt auch ein bisschen drauf an, wie Tamira damit zurecht kommt, wieder in einer Qualie zu sein. Petkovic hatte das ja beschrieben und natürlich, wie es Anna-Lena geht.

Witthöft/Krunic
-Ich hoffe Carina packt das, fand Krunic sowohl in Melbourne, als auch in Paris dieses Jahr nicht beeindruckend gerade von der Einstellung.

Siegemund/Tinjic
-Für Tinjic die erste GS-Quali. Sollte schon etwas drin sein für Laura! Hat insgesamt sogar eine recht machtbare Auslosung, auch wenn ich Majeric gerne mal im Hauptfeld sehen würde.

Schäfer/Bratchikova
-Anne ist halt eigentlich nur auf Sandplatz zu Hause. Habe sie irgendwie auch noch nie spielen sehen glaube ich. Finde Bratchikova aber von den gesetzten ein dankbares Los. Mal schauen.

Gronert/Ishizu
-Würde ihr ja einen Lauf a la Kucova in Paris gönnen, aber ich denke dazu wird es nicht kommen. Ishizu ist klein und spielt typisch asiatisch unangenehm. Man kann ja auch nicht wirklich beurteilen, wo Sarah steht und wie ernst sie das überhaupt nimmt.

Dass Kerber 11 Erstrundenniederlagen in Folge hatte, hat Radwanska in New York 2011 auch nicht geholfen. (Ja, ich weiss, da war auch noch Dallas und das trainigscamp dazwischen)

Das mit der Form im Tennis ist eben so eine Sache, nämlich Kopfsache und da braucht es oft nur das berühmte "klick", nicht wie in anderen Sportarten, Schwimmen, Langlauf, etc., wo es tatsächlich nur auf die körperliche Form ankommt.

Bei Gronert frage ich mich immer noch, warum sie hier noch mal zurückkehrt?
Das Geld kann es doch nicht sein, denn es gibt gerade mal 3000$ brutto für die Qualiteilnahme. Vielleicht einfach noch einmal ein Abschieds-GS spielen

Das stimmt ja wohl hinten und vorne nicht.
Kerber hat vor ihrer Pause sogar in Bastad noch ein Match gewonnen. Die einzige Niederlagenserie, die Kerber 2011 hatte, war von den AO bis IW, wo sie 5 Matches hintereinander verloren hatte. Bis zu ihrer Auszeit im Juli 2011 gewann Kerber 10 Matches in dem Jahr. Davon ist Paszek Lichtjahre entfernt.
