When are you moving in to the new apartment? I think I'd go crazy if I did, I don't even live on my own but I can still spend hours looking through furniture books and sites to plan it.
It snows in the Snowy Mountains .. if that counts Anything under 23 is hoodie weather for me. Too cold!

I think a hoody is a bit extreme.

Once it gets to 20 everyone has their tops off here.

Wow, it hasn't snowed I think ever where I live so you're really outta the loop here. It only snows (consistently) in a place closeish to melbourne, but up in the mountains.

gurl, don't ever bother coming to australia during the summer then. you'll melt.

I prefer the cold weather, because sometimes it gets like 45C and that shit is just not cool. You can always make yourself warmer a lot easier than you can make yourself cooler.

AC and the beach I guess I just like not having to do so many layers and I like the lifestyle in summer. Everyone is so much more social and fun.

IA, it's really noticeable once we get over 23, the weather makes all the difference.

Slighty off topic....has anyone ever tried coconut oil as a sunscreen. Does it actually work or do you burn?

Just checked, coconut oil has low SPF, so not sure about it.

It's lists others here. http://www.ehow.co.uk/list_7557101_n...ntain-spf.html

Yeah it was, even now it's on average a bit cooler and there's some rain, but still very hot every other day or so. And I think we have another heat wave on the way.

But yeah we had several weeks of uninterrupted sun for a while, the UK was consistently warmer than Magaluf/Ibiza etc, all the main EU holiday spots.

Cheers

I have found some that are SPF 30 and 50 so I'm guessing they have to be truthful about that
