What else would Vee do prolly after an early exit from Wimby, my guess is that the invitation was extended to her, she couldn't decline coz lil sis will be there anyway. Wilander & co are going to so fix the draw for the possibility of them meeting in the finals

It was mentioned in an email about the Washington Kastles, too, saying that Serena couldn't commit to WTT, because she had entered a tournament in Sweden...Venus is playing in Washington, though.

I think Venus is starting to travel even more to different places she hasn't played in before. She was supposed to play Stockholm in 2005, as you said, and apparently wants to play Bastad now. She was supposed to play Bahia, Brazil in 2001 (I think it was 2001), now is playing Florianopolis. Now she has to make up for skipping Auckland
