$125k Cali R2: Elina Svitolina d. Julia Cohen 76 76
I hope other people got to see this... and at the same time, I hope none of you subjected yourselves to it.
They were taking literally over 60 seconds between points toward the end of the match. Clearly the new time violation rules don't apply outside of WTA events... or any time violation rules at all, for that matter.

There are no new time violation rules in WTA. In fact the WTA doesn't seem to care less about time violations.
A win is a win for Elina anyway even if it should have been so much easier than it was.
