Do you mean in total, or just four in a row? If you mean total number of Slam finals lost, then no, she doesn't have the record. Not by a long shot.

I'm not sure about anyone else losing four Slam finals in a row.

ASV came close in 1995, losing three Slam finals in a row, but she (un)fortunately didn't reach the USO final.

If Martina wasn't such a brat when she was younger she could have made the record reaching the Wimby final in 1999 or the FO final in 2000.
