It's rather hard to answer without a crystal ball because it depends on SO many future variables, some of which are total unknowns like future fitness, health and how hard a player works with what they've got. I think there are several with the talent; Keys, Vekic, etc... but it's like betting in the dark to guess who'll actually harness what talent they currently possess and work it hard and fortunately enough to achieve the most.
I mean... if we'd all played "who achieves more in their career, Vaidisova or Errani?" some years ago, we'd have all been shown up pretty soundly by the unfolding of events and unknowable or intangible factors. Speculation is fun of course, but I think it's so hard to do so meaningfully with so many variables.

Well said. I do want Azarenka to do well for example, but I think she does have to beat Serena before Serena retires, or slay everyone down the road. I dont care how she does it though , a win is a win.

After Vika won her second Grand Slam I was quite convinced that she's going to be the HBIC on the Tour after Rena retires. But anything is possible. I find Madison Keys to have a lot of potential, it may be the start of Vika's domination already or a transition period. One thing I'm sure about is that Robson and Stephens do not seem to be the next great players to me.

Serena has the most slams in the 2000s, so far she leads the 2010s with most slams with 4. Maybe if she can continue winning a few more she might end this decade with the most slams also.
Which means we might be looking into the 2020s before the next great player emerges. By then, of course, Serena will be retired. Maybe. 
I will be very happy with that.

Azarenka will be a great, and will most likely win more slams. I believe Sharapova has a few more slams in her too (FO most likely) but they're just going to be the second best of this generation. I hope someone like Barty or Keys will be the next big thing once Serena retires, but I want them to be 17-18 as well, which will probably never happen again.
Either that or Deja will stomp the competition
