I just don't think I could do that, I could never work my body to the point of almost sickness. Where do you guys get the motivation?

Another weekend, another night I can't sleep. Bet I'll mess my sleeping pattern up for the whole week ahead now.

It's 4.46am, I woke up at 3PM yesterday but I should be up in 3 hours now because I'm going away for the weekend
I wish I had your motivation (even if it's vanity ) to workout and lose weight, instead after losing 16 kgs between 2011 and 2012 now I gained another 8+ since august ... I'm waiting for spring to move my ass on my bike because I never found the will to go into a gym

. That's probably a major reason for everyone being so overweight. Just do what I did, go to Africa for 4.5 months and come back 25 pounds lighter . The only time I lose weight is when I get my ass out of America

I think I might try and replace smoking with workouts, apparently it works quite well. A lot of people who go that route end up becoming genuine fitness freaks.

That sort of situation happens to me all the time.
IDK today was the only day this week I slept after coming home from school, maybe that was it. But it was only for like 2 hours, it shouldn't disrupt it this bad.

Just woke up after dreaming that Maria beat Serena in the finals of eithe Doha/Dubai 6-4 6-3 after hitting a dropshot on match point that Serena couldn't handle. When she won they both just stood there in shock that it even happened. No celebration . .
