Mónica Puig ancestors are from Castelló de la Plana (Spain). Puig is a typical Catalan name, and the pronounciation is like "pooch".
 Don't know how they pronounce it in Puerto Rico...

I can pronounce them, but this is of course the watered down, 'Merican, ESPN version of the "difficult" names.

They don't pronounce it in the Catalan way. More like: Pweeg (or perhaps Pu-eeg).
I have trouble with some Polish (not the ones we all know and love) and most Thai names.
