As of right now, Italy has Burnett/Knapp playing doubles, so if Jamie can get a win over Vinci, this tie isn't over.

Varvs blew 5-1 in that final set  That backhand was TIGHT. Vinci's backhand was worse in the end though. Great first ever match for Varvara though. Shakes those nerves off. |

Even with all the errors (a ton from both) this was a really interesting match. Great battling, especially from Vinci to come back from 5-2 down in the third. Vinci's a battler while Lepchenko is very dogged and steady even with the errors.
Good fight.
Still will be tough for the US to win this, though.

No doubt Errani/Vinci will play if it's a live tie.
