Honestly felt like a first round match. Sharapova wasn't nearly as sharp as she was in rounds prior, and Makarova was just awful. Some of her misses

Fairly average stuff from Maria  Solid enough overall. It's a shame she hasn't even been slightly tested before the SFs though.
Makarova was extremely poor
